StoryToShop LLC · Spicewood, TX 78669 · legal@storytoshop.ai
Incorporated into the StoryToShop Seller Agreement under Section 46. This Policy is the operative list of what may and may not be sold on StoryToShop.
1. Overview
StoryToShop LLC ("StoryToShop") prohibits the listing or sale of products that are illegal, unsafe, regulated, or inconsistent with our marketplace standards. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all items offered comply with federal, state, and local law.
This Policy is maintained separately from the Seller Agreement so that it can be updated as law, payment-network requirements, and product-safety rules change. Where a change affects products a Seller already lists, StoryToShop will provide notice and a reasonable period to remove or modify affected listings, except where immediate action is required by law, safety, or a payment provider requirement.
This Policy is aligned at minimum with the restricted-business requirements of StoryToShop's payment provider. A category permitted by law may still be prohibited here because StoryToShop's payment provider does not support it.

4. Category-Specific Conditions
StoryToShop may condition approval of a restricted category on any of the following: compliance documentation, test reports or certificates, a business license, proof of product-liability insurance naming required parties, age verification at checkout, shipping restrictions, or listing-level warnings and disclosures.
5. Enforcement
Listings violating this Policy will be removed, in most cases without prior notice where the violation is clear. Severe or deliberate violations may result in suspension, termination under Sections 34 and 35 of the Seller Agreement, and where appropriate, reporting to the payment provider, a regulator, or law enforcement.
Where StoryToShop removes a listing under this Policy, the Seller will generally receive notice identifying the listing, the category relied on, and the appeal period under Section 34 of the Seller Agreement.
6. Requesting a Category Review
A Seller who believes a product has been misclassified, or who wishes to request approval for a restricted category, may write to legal@storytoshop.ai with the product details, the applicable regulatory framework, and any certifications held.
